Christina Applegate Welcomes a Baby Girl

NEW YORK (CBS) It's a girl for Christina Applegate and fiance, musician Martyn LeNoble.

The 39-year-old actress gave birth to her first child, daughter Sadie Grace LeNoble on Thursday, Jan. 27, in Los Angeles, a rep for the couple said in a statement obtained by People magazine. She is the first child for both.

"Mother and daughter are doing great," the rep added.

Applegate and LeNoble, 41, a Dutch bass player and founding member of the band Porno for Pyros, became engaged last Valentine's Day after nearly three years together and announced they were expecting in July.
