(CBS) Former supermodel Christie Brinkley got some practice for her Broadway debut with a TV interview on Thursday morning and the 57-year-old blonde left audiences stunned by her dance moves.

Brinkley opens Friday as Roxie Hart in Broadway's long-running production of "Chicago." Gwen Verdon originated the role on Broadway in the 1970s and Renee Zellweger took it on in the 2002 hit movie that also starred Richard Gere and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Brinkley, who was once married to singer-songwriter Billy Joel gave a brief preview of her performance on "Good Morning America" Thursday morning. The model, who has been married four times, is the mother of singer Alexa Ray Joel and Jack and Sailor Cook.
