Chick-fil-A oatmeal and sausage biscuit among entrees included in free offer

(CBS) Maybe there's no such thing as a free lunch, but popular fast-food chain Chick-fil-A is offering customers a free breakfast during the week of September 6 through 10, 2011.

To claim the giveaway grub, you go to the Chick-fil-A website, make a reservation, and then choose one of six breakfast entrees: Chicken Biscuit, Spicy Chicken Biscuit, Sausage Biscuit, Chick-n-Minis, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, or Multigrain Oatmeal. The site will email you a coupon, which can be printed out and presented at the restaurant at the agreed-upon place and time.

Some of the breakfast entrees deliver lots of calories and fat, so people who want to stretch their dollars without stretching their waistbands might want to opt for the multigrain oatmeal. Without toppings, it delivers 120 calories and 2.5 grams of fat.

By way of comparison, the biggest calorie bomb among the breakfast items - the Sausage Biscuit - will set you back 590 calories and 15 grams of saturated fat.

Bon appétit!
