NEW YORK (CBS) Charlie Sheen was rushed to a hospital Thursday morning.

TMZ.com reports that the actor was taken out of his home on a stretcher and loaded into an ambulance at 7 a.m.

According to the website, two young women were also seen leaving his home at the same time.

Sheen was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The 911 call reportedly was placed at 6:35 a.m.

The actor's condition wasn't immediately known. His publicist, Stan Rosenfield, told People magazine, "All I know is what I was told -Â? that he was having severe abdominal pains."

Sheen's father, Martin Sheen, and mother, Janet Templeton, are reportedly at the hospital.

Neighbors told the website that Sheen threw a party Wednesday night, and that they heard women inside his home singing songs throughout the evening. The party went on - loudly - into the early hours of the morning, according to the report.

The "Two and a Half Men" star's messy personal life has included a wild night that left a New York hotel room in shambles and sent Sheen to a hospital, and a guilty plea last summer to assaulting his third wife, Brooke Mueller, in Aspen, Colo. (The two are now divorcing.)

CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler told reporters earlier this month that she has a "high level of concern" regarding Sheen's off-screen behavior, but that it had't affected his professional conduct.
