(CBS) - Charlie Sheen took some time away from his new Twitter account, which has attracted over 1 million followers, after a judge granted his estranged wife custody and a restraining order against him after she alleged the actor threatened her.

"Pardon my absence," he wrote on his account Wednesday. "My first concern is my kids... Back soon..!"
Police removed the toddlers, Bob and Max, from Sheen's Los Angeles mansion Monday, according to RadarOnline.com.
According to court documents filed by Brooke Mueller's lawyer, Sheen has recently made several "specific, descriptive threats" against her, TMZ reports.
Mueller claims Sheen threatened to "cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom," according to TMZ.
Sheen appeared on NBC's "Today" Wednesday and denied the allegations.
Sheen previously invited both NBC's "Today" and ABC's "Good Morning America" to take a look at the family of sorts he's set up with his two much younger girlfriends - or "goddesses," as he referred to them - at his Los Angeles mansion. Sheen said the two are helping raise his children.
Sheen has threatened to sue CBS and Warner Brothers Television over the cancellation of the last eight episodes of this season of "Two-and-a-Half men." A CBS Entertainment spokesperson declined to comment. CBS Entertainment and CBS News are owned by the same parent company.
