CBC Member Cleaver Switching To Yes

Rep. Emanuel Cleaver II, an influential Congressional Black Caucus member, just told MSNBC he's flipping from no to yes on the bailout. Cleaver, the former mayor of Kansas City, said he was swayed by news that the city has been unable to sell $200 million of city bonds -- and said that many members are reconsidering after hearing frightening predictions in their districts during the two-day hiatus since the vote.

"I've come to the conclusion that the failure to pass some kind of rescue plan will result in a cataclysm," he told Andrea Mitchell.
