In the clip, which originally aired on Canada's sketch comedy show "This Hour Has 22 Minutes," the 80-year-old sits fireside and pokes fun at the teen sensation while delivering dead pan excerpts from Bieber's just-released hardcover book.

Sporting a suit and black bowtie, Pinsent reads in a serious tone, "I 've gotten the ugliest haircut of my life. My trademark swoosh was hacked off into this squarely situation that kind of reminded me of Bart Simpson."

"Dear God," an anguished Pinsent says  while rubbing his eyes, "what he must have gone through."
