Mischa Barton Arraignment Is Postponed

Troubled actress Mischa Barton is waiting to see what her fate will be.

Barton's arraignment, relating to the multiple misdemeanor counts she was charged with on Tuesday, has been postponed to April 10, according to City News Service, EOnline reported. Initially, the arraignment was scheduled for today.

The former "The O.C." actress' downfall began on December 27, when she was arrested and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; one count of driving while having a 0.08% or higher blood alcohol level; one count of driving without a valid California license; and one count of possession of marijuana, 28.5 grams or less.

Jessica Simpson And Pussycat Dolls Take On "Operation MySpace"

2MySpace is teaming up with the Department of Defense's Armed Forces Entertainment and America Supports You program to launch Operation MySpace, a live concert event designed to bring troops serving in Kuwait a taste of home and enable the MySpace community to show their support for troops serving overseas.

On March 10, MySpace Co-Founders Tom Anderson and Chris DeWolfe, along with notable artists will participate in a three-hour plus MySpaceLive! concert in Kuwait.

The MySpace community can watch the entire concert webcast starting at 11a.m. PT/ 2 p.m. ET.

Hosted by Carlos Mencia, the live webcast will feature performances by the Pussycat Dolls, Jessica Simpson, Disturbed, Filter, and DJ Z-Trip.

The Operation MySpace profile will serve as a communication hub where troops' families and friends, along with the entire MySpace community, can post videos and messages of support via a video blog section.

In addition, a condensed one-hour version of the show, highlighting the night's best moments, will be nationally broadcast on FX on April 12.

"We're so excited to be performing for the troops and supporting our Armed Forces overseas," The Pussycat Dolls said. "They'd better get ready...the desert's about to get a lot hotter!"

"It's truly an honor to perform for the troops," Jessica Simpson said. "Through Operation MySpace, I get to serve my country by doing what I love to do in front of thousands of brave men in uniform. It's every girl's dream!"

Valerie Bertinelli Talk Show Slated For 2009-2010 Season

3According to Entertainment Tonight, the "One Day at a Time" star has been in talks with CBS to have a talk show that is projected to go on air in the 2009-2010 season.

Recently, Bertinelli has been teaming up with Rachael Ray in her quest for a healthier lifestyle. She also has also been an advocate of the Jenny Craig weight loss program, where she lost a significant amount of weight.

The actress, who appeared on Oprah, has also just released a new book, "Losing Weight And Gaining My Life Back One Pound at a Time."

Celebs Go From The Red Carpet To "The Trenches"

4Celebs are rolling up their sleeves, not to get into character, but to strengthen their own - for the greater good.

The American Red Cross rang in their seventh annual National Celebrity Cabinet with fifteen new members, including Emmy Award winner Patricia Heaton, actress and "Dancing with the Stars" alum Jennie Garth, actor Masi Oka, pro skateboarder Tony Hawk, and NFL star Matt Leinart, who has already made a personal commitment to encourage CPR training nationwide.

In addition, the 2008 National Celebrity Cabinet will include 32 alumni, such as Super Bowl XLII MVP Eli Manning, Marcia Gay Harden, Miley Ray Cyrus, Julianne Moore, Elisabeth Rohm, Peyton Manning and Rascal Flatts.

The National Celebrity Cabinet urges people to perform extraordinary life-saving acts in dire circumstances with the help of the Red Cross.
The 2008 National Celebrity Cabinet members participate in public service advertisements, as well as donate their time, money and blood, aid in disaster relief.

Paul McCartney's Divorce To Be Settled

5Paul McCartney and Heather Mills will find out terms of their divorce settlement on St. Patrick's Day.

The London judge deciding the financial terms will present his ruling March 17 at a private court hearing.

The former Beatle and the former model couldn't determine how much of McCartney's fortune, estimated at $1.6 billion, Mills should get. British divorce cases are held in private. The judge will decide after hearing from lawyers for both parties if any of his ruling will be made public.

Media reports suggest McCartney offered Mills about $50 million, but she wanted twice that amount.

McCartney and Mills separated in 2006 after four years of marriage. They have a 4-year-old daughter, Beatrice.

Boy George Pleads Not Guilty

Boy George has denied imprisoning a 28-year-old Norwegian man at his London home last year.

The former Culture Club singer pleaded not guilty to the charge of false imprisonment during a court hearing in London on Thursday.

Audun Carlsen claims Boy George handcuffed him to a wall after he went to the singer's apartment as a photo model. The alleged incident took place last April.

Boy George appeared in court under his real name, George O'Dowd. The 46-year-old singer is free on bail and is due to stand trial in November.
