Kelly Rowland Fesses Up About Having Plastic Surgery

Kelly Rowland has gotten a little more bustylicious.

Rowland, who sang "Bootylicious" with Beyonce in the group Destiny's Child, tells People magazine in its March 17 issue that she had plastic surgery last October to bring her "from an A-cup to a B-cup."

As for the one-cup upgrade, Rowland says: "I didn't want to have double Ds and be a little bitty size 2 - that would look nuts!"

The 27-year-old singer went under the knife after a long decision-making process.

"I was sick of not fitting into my tops," she says. "There was this one really hot House of Dereon top - I just wanted to fill that out! It is a decision I made for myself. I like it, and that's all that counts. For young people: think about it before you just jump off and do something (you may regret later)."

Celebs Pull The Wool Over Paparazzi's Eyes

2Paris Hilton's recent outing with the "Shaman Spiritual Advisor" is a hoax after all.

It turns out that the heiress is in on a practical joke on the paparazzi in a TV show called "Pop Fiction," where celebrities are orchestrating photo-ops that generate false tabloid stories.

The idea is to prove the point that the paparazzi and celebrity news outlets often makes a big deal about nothing.

"Pop Fiction" premieres Sunday, March 9 on E!. It's produced by Katalyst Television, a production house founded by Ashton Kutcher and Jason Goldberg.

"If you want to see what really happened, tune in to E! this Sunday at 10:30 - where they are proving you can't believe everything that you read or see!" Hilton said.

Even the writers of Eonline.com's blog, The Hum fell for the Paris and the guru story. But they're taking a fool-me-once approach, saying "Note to the programming department: Fine, we fell for it. But watch your backs. We'll be lurking in the hallways and using the bathroom on your floor from now on. Better lock your offices..."

Paris Hilton's Bro May Be Wearing Stripes Like His Sis

3Another hard partying Hilton may be cruising closer to jail.

Paris Hilton's 18-year-old brother was charged Thursday with four misdemeanor counts stemming from his Feb. 12 arrest on suspicion of drunken driving. Barron Nicholas Hilton's charges include driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and being an unlicensed driver.

Hilton was stopped Feb. 12 after a witness reported seeing a black Mercedes-Benz weaving on Pacific Coast Highway, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said. He was allegedly carrying a fake driver's license.

Hilton was booked at the Malibu station and registered a blood-alcohol level of 0.14 percent .08 is the rate at which a driver is legally intoxicated in California.

Hilton was freed on $20,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned April 14 at the Malibu courthouse.

Last year the 26-year-old reality star and hotel heiress pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving and was sentenced to 45 days in jail. She served a little more than two weeks.

Cynthia Nixon Thrives In Gay Relationship

4"Sex and the City's" Cynthia Nixon says her children dealt well with her decision to begin a lesbian relationship. She attributes the smooth transition to positive family roles.

Until now, the actress has said little publicly about Christine Marinoni, an education activist whom Nixon began dating in 2003.

That year, Nixon separated from her boyfriend of 15 years, Danny Mozes, the father of her children Samantha, 11, and Charles, 6.

The Daily News reportsthat Nixon said, "I'm in a fantastic relationship. It's been about four years," Nixon, 41, said. "I'm in love with [Christine] because she's her. If she were a man, would I be in love with her? I don't know. We shop and cook and raise children; we both pitch in."

Her comments were made for journalists from media outlets to promote the May 30 release of the "Sex and the City" film. Excerpts also appear in this week's OK! magazine.

Nixon says her children adapted well to the situation.

"They were fine," she says of the coming out. "My son was very little [when it happened], but my daughter has a gay uncle [and her godmothers] are lesbians."

Actress Bai Ling Enters Plea In Airport Shoplifting Case

5"Bai Ling has copped a plea in her shoplifting case.

The actress was charged earlier this week with petty theft for trying to take a pack of batteries and two Star magazines worth $16.22 from a store at Los Angeles International Airport.

In the plea deal requested by her attorney, she agreed Wednesday to plead guilty to disturbing the peace and to pay a fine and penalties totaling $700, city attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan said.

The misdemeanor infraction "carries the same penalty as petty theft," Mateljan said.

In a message posted on her blog, the actress proclaimed "I am innocent" below a photo of herself with her thumb up.

"Theft dismissed! Yes! This is it! All the darkness went away," she wrote.

The actress, who has appeared in such films as "The Crow" and "Anna and the King," was arrested Feb. 13 after she was detained by a store employee who summoned police.

She later told E! News that she was having an "emotionally crazy" day because she and her boyfriend broke up right before Valentine's Day.

Janet Jackson Reaches Number One With Latest Album

Janet Jackson has managed to do something with her current album that her last two failed to do: finish at the top of the sales chart.

And all it took this time was "Discipline."

The album by that name checks in at number one in its debut week.

SoundScan reports the album sold 181,000 copies during its first week in stores. On the flip side, Jackson's sales for this album were far lower than the totals racked up by her previous two releases.

The first-week SoundScan numbers for 2006's "20 Y.O." were 296,000 and the 2004 release "Damita Jo" sold 381,000 during their first week in stores.

Kanye West Hooking Up With Connect Four

Forget about getting upset if he doesn't win an award. If you really want to get Kanye West angry, be a concert promoter who doesn't make sure he has a copy of his favorite board game ready for him when he rolls into town on tour.

The celebrity Web site TMZ.com has posted a copy of the rider that the rap star has for his "Glow in the Dark" tour.

And among the things he asks for is a Connect Four game. He's a fan of the game, and has even been seen in online video clips playing it backstage at shows.

The concert rider notes that Kanye will travel with his own game, just to be on the safe side.

But the rider adds: "sometimes it's nice to have an extra." Another perk on the list includes an Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 with the Guitar Hero game, if it's available.
