Honor Marie Warren Has A Cool Name

One reason Jessica Alba named her baby daughter Honor was that she felt her own was pretty bland.

"I was always irritated that my name was Jessica," the 27-year-old actress told OK! magazine. "Come on, it's a very '80s name, because there were tons of Jessicas in every school I went to. There's something great about having a unique name. It's a part of your identity."

She and husband Cash Warren welcomed Honor Marie Warren last month. Alba reportedly sold the first photos of Honor to OK! for $1.5 million.

"It's still amazing that she was living inside of Jessica," said Warren, who met Alba on the set of the 2005 film "The Fantastic Four," which co-starred Alba as the Invisible Woman and employed Warren as a director's assistant.

Who will be the disciplinarian?

"I think we're pretty even," Alba said. "We're good at communicating and bouncing things off each other. We'll stick to our guns, even when she gives us pout face!"

Warren, however, aims to be the good cop: "I'll hide. Babe, you punish her!"

Heigl Sticking With "Grey's Anatomy"

Katherine Heigl is sticking with "Grey's Anatomy" despite voicing displeasure about last season's script quality, the network's programming chief said Wednesday.

Heigl's comments raised speculation that she might want to leave the ABC medical drama-rumors that ABC Entertainment President Stephen McPherson sought to dispel.

"She's absolutely staying with the show. There's an unbelievable story line for her this year, which is really central to everything that's going to go on this season," he told a meeting of the Television Critics Association.

Last month, in explaining why she didn't put her name in for Emmy consideration, Heigl said she hadn't been "given the material this season to warrant an Emmy nomination."

Nominations for the 60th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards were announced Thursday.

Nebraska Man Sues Jesse James Over Undelivered Car

A Nebraska man has sued custom car and bike maker Jesse James, saying the former television host failed to deliver a custom car.

Michael Jones of Omaha filed the suit Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court against James and his company, West Coast Choppers.

The lawsuit says Jones ordered a 1949 Cadillac Sedanette and agreed to pay between $250,000 and $350,000.

Jones says he was told the cost would skyrocket to between $600,000 and $700,000. He says the car was never delivered.

James hosted the cable show "Monster Garage" from 2003 to 2007 and is married to actress Sandra Bullock. Attempts to reach James were unsuccessful.

The suit seeks a return of $422,680 that Jones says he paid James, interest, and punitive damages.

Video Taken Of Brolin, Wright During Brawl

Police say they have video and audio from a bar brawl in which members of a crew filming an Oliver Stone movie, including actors Josh Brolin and Jeffrey Wright, were arrested.

Shreveport Police are reviewing the case and will submit it to the city prosecutor's office, which will decide whether to file charges.

Brolin, Wright and five others working on the Oliver Stone film "W." were arrested Saturday on misdemeanor charges. Brolin, who plays President Bush in the film, and Wright, who plays Colin Powell, are charged with interfering with police.

The actors had just finished shooting the film, based loosely on Bush's life.
