Buzz Briefs: Fabio, George Clooney

George Clooney and Fabio Get Into Shoving Match

George Clooney and romance model Fabio reportedly got into a shoving match at Madeo restaurant in West Hollywood on Friday, Nov. 2.

Clooney and his girlfriend, Sarah Larson, were seated next to Fabio and a group of women when a photographer in Fabio's entourage began snapping photographs.

According to In Touch magazine, Clooney allegedly believed the woman was taking photos of the couple and requested that she stop. Fabio reportedly said, "Stop being a diva," as he approached Clooney's table.

Witness Ron Marotto told Page Six, "George looked annoyed when Fabio went to his table. George stood up, dropped the F-bomb and then went to push him ... George was drinking ... He wasn't drunk, but he certainly wasn't stone sober, either."

Fabio's manager said, "George is lucky he didn't end up in the ER." Clooney's representative declined to comment.

Police said Bollea was racing his father's 1998 Toyota Supra against a Dodge Viper on Aug. 26 when the car Bollea was driving struck a curb, spun across two lanes of traffic and slammed rear-end first into a palm tree. T.I. To Judge: I Want To Eat Turkey With My Fam!

3T.I., who is on house arrest pending his trial on federal weapons charges, has asked a judge to let him host a Thanksgiving Day celebration at his Jonesboro home.

T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris Jr., was arrested Oct. 13. Federal authorities allege the 27-year-old rapper tried to buy machine guns and silencers in a midtown Atlanta parking lot just blocks from the BET Hip-Hop Awards, which he was to headline later that night.

He was released on bond Oct. 26.

As a condition of his release, T.I. lives in his Jonesboro residence with his girlfriend and children and isn't allowed to have visitors without prior approval. He isn't allowed to have more than three visitors at a time, with few exceptions.

His lawyers asked Tuesday that a list of family members be granted "approved visitation to have dinner with the defendant" Nov. 22 between 9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. The monitoring service that is supervising his release would be present.

Rebecca De Mornay Arrested

4Rebecca De Mornay has been arrested for investigation of drunken driving in Beverly Hills, a magazine reported Tuesday.

The actress, who starred in the films "Risky Business" and "The Hand That Rocks the Cradle" and most recently the cancelled HBO series "John from Cincinnati" was stopped Oct. 30 for a traffic violation in Beverly Hills when officers smelled booze on her breath, according to People magazine. Authorities told the magazine her blood alcohol level was .09 percent, above the legal limit of .08.

"She was very cooperative during the arrest," Lt. Tony Lee, a police spokesman, told the magazine.

De Mornay had not been charged, said Los Angeles County prosecutor's spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons.

Sean "Diddy" Combs Escapes Criminal Charges

Sean "Diddy" Combs won't face criminal charges for reportedly punching a man after a dispute at a trendy SoHo nightspot last month, prosecutors said Tuesday.

The accuser stopped cooperating with law enforcement and also gave different versions of the incident, the Manhattan district attorney's office said, and prosecutors weren't able to prove criminal charges beyond a reasonable doubt.

The 31-year-old accuser told police he and Combs had been arguing over a woman early in the morning of Oct. 13 before the rap mogul punched him in the face.

Combs' attorney, Benjamin Brafman, called the incident a disagreement between acquaintances who have known each other for 12 years.

Court Orders Brit To Pay Most Of K-Fed's Legal Fees

5Britney Spears, who is in an ongoing dispute with Kevin Federline over the custody of their young sons, has been ordered to pay $120,000 in legal fees to her ex-husband.

Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon ordered the pop star to pony up a large chunk of the $154,500 in legal fees that Federline owes to his attorney, according to court papers filed Tuesday.

Gordon made the decision after considering several factors, including "the notable disparity between the parties' income," said the ruling, first reported by the Web site CelebTV.com.

Court papers released last week show that Spears makes roughly $737,000 per month and spends lavishly on clothes and entertainment. Meanwhile, Federline "indicates that he does not earn any income," the ruling said.

Paul McCartney, who is in the midst of a bitter divorce from his second wife Heather Mills McCartney, has been photographed kissing Nancy Shevell, the estrange wife of prominent Long Island lawyer Bruce A. Blakeman.

Shevell, who sits on the board of the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority, has a home in Long Island, as does McCartney.

The Sun of London published the photo of the two kissing and reported that they were spotted at a sushi restaurant in Amagansett, N.Y., and at an outdoor cafe.

In one photo published by the British tabloid, the couple are seen sitting in the front seat of a car, with McCartney embracing Shevell. In another, they are walking along a breezy shoreline, wearing jackets, their hands in their pockets and their heads lowered.
