Busy Philipps welcomes baby girl

Busy Philipps and her screenwriter husband, Marc Silverstein, are parents for a second time.

The 34-year-old actress announced her baby's arrival on Twitter:

Philipps gave birth on Tuesday. There's no word on the newborn's name, but a rep told People, "Everyone is healthy and happy."

The "Cougar Town" star announced her second pregnancy in December.

The baby girl joins the couple's 4-year-old daughter, Birdie Leigh.
