Brooke Mueller Switches Rehab Centers
Brooke Mueller has switched rehab facilities over concerns about her privacy, according to published reports.
The wife of actor Charlie Sheen moved from The Canyon rehab center in Malibu, Calif., where she checked in on Feb. 9 for substance abuse treatment, to another facility in the Los Angeles area.
"Brooke left The Canyon for purposes of privacy, and immediately checked into an undisclosed facility to diligently continue her treatment. Her commitment to recovery and being the best mother she can be remains the most important issue," her rep said, according to Extra.

Mueller's rep also stated that allegations that she was ordered to seek treatment by the Los Angeles Department of Child and Family Services are "totally not true," according to the report.
TMZ reports that the reason Mueller left The Canyon was because her admissions form was leaked to the media. Her lawyer, Yale Galanter, said he will file a lawsuit on behalf of his client against the facility and "plans to have the individual responsible for leaking the information arrested," according to the Web site.
Additionally, Sheen's rep, Stan Rosenfield, confirmed that the Department of Child and Family Services came to his home for a "routine, procedural" visit to check on Sheen and Mueller's 11-month-old twins, Bob and Max.
According to People, the visit was made at the request of Colorado's Pitkin County Department of Social Services, which is investigating Sheen and Mueller's Christmas Day fight that led to Sheen being arrested on domestic violence charges.
