Despite published reports that Brooke Mueller was "heading back to rehab," a rep for the real estate investor says Mueller is seeking only "professional help."

Elliot Mintz tells TV program "Extra" that Mueller is "receiving professional help in stress management." He aded that Mueller realized it would be in "her best interest to deal with personal issues involving stress that have the potential of challenging her sobriety."

Mueller has been in rehab multiple times for drug and alcohol abuse, according to "Extra." She recently told the TV program that she has learned to put her "priorities straight, and to focus on doing the next right thing."

"As long as I do the next right thing, I'll be all right," she says.

Mueller and Sheen  both entered rehab after a Christmas Day argument that ended in charges against Sheen in Utah.

Mueller and Sheen are the parents of twins Bob and Max, born March 14, 2009.
