Calif. boy, 8, reported abducted in car theft
FAIRFIELD, Calif. -- Officials in California have issued an Amber Alert for a boy who was reportedly abducted from the front of his home Monday morning, according to CBS Sacramento.
Brock Guzman, 8, was reportedly inside his parents' silver 2001 Toyota Corolla when it was stolen from outside his home in Fairfield, about 40 miles southwest of Sacramento.
According to the station, the child's parents had started the car, but went inside to get something. When they returned, they said the car was gone.
The car has a California license plate, 5BWF072. The boy is described as five feet, one inch tall and 110 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, blue pants and possibly a robe.
Police have not identified a suspect, reports the station.
