(CBS/AP) PHILADELPHIA - A medical examiner is now conducting an autopsy Tuesday on a pediatrician whose body was found bound and burned inside a home in downtown Philadelphia.

Firefighters responding to the home Monday afternoon found the woman's body on fire, with her ankles and wrists bound. Officer Christine O'Brien, a police department spokeswoman, said the victim has been identified as 35-year-old Melissa Ketunuti.

Police say there was no sign of forced entry or anything taken from the home. The cause of death has not yet been determined.

Officials say the body was first discovered by the woman's dog walker and that her face and upper body were so badly burned she was unrecognizable.

According to CBS Philadelphia, Ketunuti worked as a pediatrician at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Police are asking anyone who may have seen anything unusual in the neighborhood around 12:30 yesterday afternoon to get in touch with police.
