Bob Dylan lyrics hitting auction block
(CBS) The scope of early Bob Dylan material available for sale keeps expanding. In the last year we've seen the release of "The Witmark Demos" and "The Original Mono Recordings."
Now comes original Dylan lyrics from the mid-1960s, though these may be out of the price range of the average collector; they're being auctioned by Christie's.
The annotated lyrics will be sold at Christie's auction of manuscripts and fine printed books on June 23, reports Reuters. There are revisions and corrections throughout, some typed, some handwritten.

One of the sets of lyrics for sale is an early version of "Maggie's Farm" called "I Ain't Gonna Work on Maggie's Farm No More." It's estimated to sell for between $70,000 and $90,000, reports Reuters.
Sales of Dylan lyrics can fetch big money at auction. Reuters reports a smudged copy of "The Times They Are A-Changin" sold for $422,000 in December at Sotheby's.
