Blythe Danner calls Mitt Romney a "flip-flopper"

(CBS) With this year's presidential election fast approaching, more and more celebrities are weighing in on the nominees. From Lindsay Lohan to "Girls" showrunner Lena Dunham,  stars are revealing how they'll be voting, come November.

Blythe Danner, for instance, took some of the spotlight away from the stars of her new movie "Seven Psychopaths" at its  New York premiere Wednesday to talk politics. The Emmy- and Tony Award-winning actress (who is also mother of Oscar-winner Gwyneth Paltrow) was seen sporting an Obama campaign pin on the red carpet.

Danner, who has been out stumping for the president,  had some not-so-kind words for Mr. Obama's Republican opponent, Mitt Romney.

"He'll do anything to get elected," she said of Romney, also calling the former Massachusetts  governor a "flip-flopper."

But Danner didn't end there. She added,  "Romney would sign to get rid of Planned Parenthood...[Planned Parenthood is] about trying to prevent abortions and how could anybody be against that? It's just criminal to think what he would do [if he was elected]."

Danner also said that the Mr. Romney would bring the U.S. back to Bush-era policies. See what else the "Meet the Parents" star had to say about the nominees by watching the video at the top of this story.
