Blazers Surge By Clippers In OT
Brian Grant scored eight points in overtime, all free throws, to lead the Portland Trail Blazers to a 106-96 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers Saturday.
The Clippers' Lorenzen Wright hit two free throws with four-tenths of a second left in regulation to send the game into overtime. After Portland's Greg Anthony hit only one of two free throws with 1.5 seconds left to give the Blazers a 91-89 lead, he fouled Wright on the inbounds pass to the top of the key in Portland's half of the court.
