Blame It On The Alcohol? Lindsay Lohan's SCRAM Bracelet Goes Off After MTV Movie Awards

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (CBS/AP) Low and behold, LiLo's SCRAM bracelet buzzed Sunday after she attended the MTV Movie Awards, but have no fear -- Michael Lohan, Lindsay's father, is once again reiterating that his daughter needs help, reports Radar Online.

An arrest warrant for the now blonde bombshell Lindsay Lohan was issued by Judge Marsha Revel after her bracelet "indicated the presence of a small amount of alcohol on Sunday night," says Radar.

Lohan previously managed to escape time behind bars by posting ten percent of her $200,000 bail.

In a statement to Radar Online, Lohan said, "I'm well, working to get proof that I did not tamper with the bracelet or drink" and that "these accusations are completely false."

Her next court appearance is scheduled for July 6, reports Radar.

Let's hope the jetsetting actress Cannes keep it in the States this time around.
