Back Up and Share Files with HP Upline
Joining the ranks of Carbonite, Mozy, and other backup services, HP Upline provides unlimited online storage for business users.
Plans start at $59 annually for a home-office account, a price that includes backup, storage, sharing, and publishing (meaning you can embed files on your blog or wherever). The $299 Professional account entitles you to three users (expandable to 100), priority support, and access to Upline's dashboard, which is used to administer accounts.
However, if you can live with "basic" support (which still includes e-mail and phone options) and don't need more than three licenses, the $149 Family plan offers all the same features. You can try Upline free for a year, though you're limited to just 1GB of storage on the freebie plan. I'm still test-driving it myself, but so far it's impressively polished and easy to use.
Whether you use Upline or another service, I can't recommend online backups highly enough. Not for your entire hard drive, but for your most critical data. It's so affordable that you'd be crazy not to take advantage. [via Download Squad]
