Baby And The City
It won't be long before Sarah Jessica Parker can fit into her designer dresses again.
The "Sex and the City" star and her husband, actor Matthew Broderick, are the parents of a baby boy.
Parker, 37, gave birth in New York on Monday to a son weighing 6 pounds, 8 ounces and measuring 19 1/2 inches long, said her spokeswoman, Ina Treciokas. She declined to give further information.
The baby is the first child for Parker and Broderick, 40. He recently co-starred in the hit Broadway musical "The Producers" with Nathan Lane.
Parker, who has won three Golden Globes for her role as sex columnist Carrie Bradshaw on HBO's "Sex and the City," married Broderick in 1997.
