In the ongoing series "Early's Having a Baby," four expectant moms continued to share their pregnancy challenges with their bodies, daily routines and moods.

One mom-to-be said she feels like she doesn't have control over anything with her body.

But help was on its way. On "The Early Show," CBS News Medical Correspondent Dr. Jennifer Ashton, an OB-GYN, offered health advice for each of the expectant moms on their pregnancy concerns, such as bleeding, early contractions and post-partum depression.
