(CBS) LEXINGTON, Ky. - Ashley Marler, a Kentucky prison inmate who is four months pregnant, escaped from custody Monday in a towel. And this isn't the first time she has escaped, reports CBS affiliate WKYT.

The Department of Public Safety says Marler, 31, escaped during an approved visit to the Polk-Dalton Medical Center for a doctor's appointment Monday afternoon, the station reports.

During her visit at the clinic, she reportedly managed to escape by climbing up into the ceiling. WKYT reports she left her clothes behind and fled only in a towel and a white t-shirt.

She hasn't been found since.

Last Monday, Marler was given a medical pass to visit the same doctor's clinic. The court order reportedly said she had to return to the Fayette County Detention Center no more than 30 minutes after the appointment ended, but she never showed up.

A warrant was issued for her arrest and she was captured the next day and charged with escape.

The Department of Community Corrections is reportedly investigating how Marler was able to escape on that occasion.

Although Marler, who was reportedly serving time for receiving stolen property, is on the loose again, police say she is not considered dangerous.
