Arcade Fire wins best album at Canada's Junos
(CBS/AP) TORONTO - Arcade Fire may soon have to buy a new mantelpiece to keep up with all the trophies its winning.
The Canadian indie band is the big winner at the Junos, capturing four awards including album of the year for "The Suburbs" and group of the year at the Canadian music awards ceremony.
The critics' darlings also won best alternative album of the year and songwriter of the year Sunday night. The band was nominated for five altogether.
Arcade Fire's album beat out pint-sized popstar Justin Bieber's "My World 2.0," Drake's "Thank Me Later," Hedley's "The Show Must Go On," and "A Place Called Love."
This is the third major victory for the indie rockers following their surprise Grammy win for best album of the year and Brit awards for best international group and international album of the year.
Juno host Drake did not win any of his six nominations.
