Anti-Israel Protest Scheduled for Sunday. To mark the 40th anniversary of the 1967 Six Day War, and Israel’s seizure of eastern Jerusalem, the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and Golan Heights during that conflict, a group called the U.S. Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation is planning a rally and “lobbying day” designed to pressure lawmakers to cut American aid to Israel.
