Ansar Al Islam Releases Video of IED Attack On Personnel Carrier

The Ansar al Islam insurgent group released a short video depicting an IED attack on an Iraqi National Guard (ING) personnel carrier in Kirkuk . A voice on the tape was heard giving the order to detonate the device. The group claimed that several ING officers were killed and wounded in the attack.
