NEW YORK (CBS) Angela Dorian, a former Playboy playmate, has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly shooting her live-in boyfriend at their California apartment, according to a report.

The 66-year-old former model, whose given name was Victoria Vetri, was arrested Saturday night, according to TMZ.

Police say Dorian shot her boyfriend once in the upper chest during an argument at their Los Angeles apartment.

The boyfriend was rushed to the hospital and is expected to live.

Dorian was featured in a 1967 issue of Playboy Magazine, according to the New York Daily News. She also appeared in numerous TV shows, such as "Star Trek," "Mission Impossible" and "Batman."

Dorian remains in jail on $1 million bail, according to TMZ. If convicted she could face life in prison.
