Amber Rose Not Wasting Any Time Crying Over Kanye

NEW YORK (CBS) They say that breaking up is hard to do - well , apparently not for Kanye West's ex, Amber Rose.

Since the split, she's having a grand ol' time.

After her highly publicized break-up with the controversial rapper/R&B star, Amber Rose is moving in celebrity  circles and  thanks  West for helping to get her there.

"I loved a famous man & He loved me he showed me the World & a Whole new life.... Thank you," she reportedly tweeted.

The stripper-turned model has a new BFF in  Nicki Minaj, who has been dubbed "The Lady (Gaga) of Hip-Hip" by Billboard Magazine.

Amber Rose says she and Menaj are "such powerful female figures," they are just drawn together, AOL reports.

"We became friends with each other because she's such a movement," says Rose. "She's all about girl power."

Rose has been spotted in Miami where she had a lingerie fashion show Thursday night at Mansion. Athletes, such as Jermaine O'Neal and Shaquille O'Neal, attended.

Amber Rose also guest starred on the Russell Simmons' reality show, "Running Russell Simmons" last night (Nov. 16).; In the segment, filmed during  his annual 4th of July party. Simmonsl wanted Rose to be the celebrity blogger at his soiree.
