(CBS/AP) PITTSBURGH - The boyfriend of missing 19-year-old Alivia Christine Kail, who police say was "uncooperative" in trying to help them find her, has now been jailed on unrelated drug charges.

Alexander Lorenzi was arrested Wednesday when police said they found a stolen handgun and bags of marijuana as well as suspected cocaine in his home.

One day earlier, Allegheny County police called a news conference about the disappearance of Lorenzi's girlfriend Kail, who last lived in Pittsburgh. She was last seen March 5 after telling friends she was planning a trip to Florida with Lorenzi.

Police say Lorenzi has refused to answer questions about Kail, and instead refers police to an attorney whose name was provided by Lorenzi's brother.
