Baldwin also took to Twitter to share a wedding ring photo with followers.
Thomas donned a silk magnolia Amsale gown with cap sleeves, while Baldwin wore a Tom Ford suit for the nuptials.
The reception, which featured 200 guests, was held at New York University's Kimmel Center on Saturday. Guests included Tina Fey, Lorne Michaels, "Saturday Night Live" creator Lorne Michaels, Woody Allen, Mariska Hargitay and Robert Kennedy Jr., along with Baldwin's brothers Billy and Stephen.
Kennedy gave a toast at the nuptials, and the reception went past midnight. According to The New York Post, the couple didn't cut the cake until after 1 a.m.
Baldwin, 54, and Thomas began dating last year. The "30 Rock" star was married to actress Kim Basinger from 1993 to 2002. They have a daughter, Ireland, who attended the wedding.
