Al Qaeda's Sept. 11 Anniversary Video To Be Posted Online

A banner appeared announcing on a number of militant Islamist Internet forums today announcing the imminent release of al Qaeda's video marking the seventh anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. Excerpts of the video had been aired by al Jazeera Arab news channel on Monday. The 90-minute video was produced by the terrorist organization's mouthpiece al Sahab and is entitled "The Harvest of Seven Years of Crusades." It features al Qaeda second in command Ayman Zawahiri, the groups chief of operations in Afghanistan Mostafa Abul Yazid, the leader of al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb Abu Mus'ab Abdel Wadud and senior commander Abu Yehya al Libi. Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden and American al Qaeda figure Adam Ghadahn do not appear on the tape.
