Advice to Joplin, Mo. from a town rebuilt
Four years ago this month, a small town in the heart of Kansas named Greensburg was hit by a category 5 tornado. With wind speeds of 205 miles per hour and a width of 1.7 miles, the tornado spun right through the center of town, killing 11 and decimating 95 percent of it.
