Abbi Obermiller Missing; Cops Look at Boyfriend, Text Messages, Says Report
NORWALK, Ohio (CBS/WOIO) Text messages examined by police have led them to believe that Abigail "Abbi" Obermiller's boyfriend has more information than he is willing to share about the missing Ohio teen.

But Abbi's 20-year-old boyfriend, who was arrested June 14 for obstruction of justice, remains tight-lipped.
Sergeant Jim Fulton from the Norwalk Police Dept. told CNN that Abbi and her boyfriend, Robert Young, had exchanged texts June 6, the night the 17-year-old disappeared from her grandparent's home.
Although it is believed she left willingly, detectives are "concerned" that the situation may have taken a turn for the worse and fear that there is a "possibility she is in danger," says CNN.
At the onset of the investigation, detectives learned that the couple was planning on running away together to West Virginia in order to get married.
Since then police have uncovered a series of text messages between Obermiller and Young that appear to show arrangements for when she would be picked up from her grandparents' home during the early morning hours of June 7, reports CNN.
Fulton told CNN that Obermiller repeatedly sent messages to Young asking, "How much longer?"
Young responded at 12:45 a.m. instructing her to "leave now." The final text message came from Obermiller who then allegedly directed Young to her location, Fulton said.
Young, who refuses to take a polygraph test, has repeatedly denied having any knowledge of Obermiller's whereabouts. He claims the text messages were from Memorial Day weekend when the couple was trying to coordinate a swimming date, says CNN.
But Abbi's family believes Young whisked her away because the Obermillers disapproved of his controlling behavior and the relationship in general.
According to Sgt. Fulton, Obermiller left a note at her grandparents' home which reads: "I just couldn't take any more of this drama, it's not good for me. Love you all. Hope to see you soon. Love, Abbi."
Anyone with information on her whereabouts should contact Norwalk, Ohio police at 419-663-6780.
