A real-life Tron Lightcycle
(CBS) - The Parker Brothers, whose motto is "If you can dream it...we can build it," did just that and fulfilled the fantasies of nerds all over the world.
They built a custom Tron Lightcycle. Besides the engine, the entire thing is built from scratch. Brothers Marc and Shanon Parker have gotten a lot of attention in their home state Florida and are holding a contest to give away a Lightcyle to one lucky nerd.
According to Florida Today, "The Parker brothers have gotten orders for five Tron bikes, which are selling for $55,000 each. The bikes have been photographed by several magazines and will be featured in a rap video."

"Tron" is an American science fiction film that takes place inside of a video game. The protagonist Kevin Flynn, played by Jeff Bridges, is trapped inside a game he created and plots his escape. The original was released in 1982 and a sequel followed in 2010.
