$220M Powerball Winner In Idaho

Powerball lottery officials say a single ticket matched all five numbers and the Powerball for a $220 million dollar prize. If the winner opts for a lump sum check, it will be written for just over $125 million dollars.

Spokeswoman Sue Dooley says another 29 people matched all five white balls. Those tickets are worth 100 thousand dollars. For choosing the Powerplay option and matching all five white balls, one lucky winner will get 400-thousand bucks.

Dooley recommends that anyone who wins a large cash prize on a lottery ticket, sign it right away. She says, then you should talk to a lawyer before claiming your prize.
