2 teens arrested in case of missing Oklahoma girl

OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma City police have arrested two people in the case of a missing 16-year-old Piedmont girl.

Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said Monday that homicide detectives have arrested a 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl in the case. Each faces a first-degree murder complaint.

Anne Hill was last seen on April 11 in the north Oklahoma City and Edmond area. Her car was found in Edmond more than a week later when a resident recognized it based on a flier in the area. Police say Hill's mother told officers that her daughter was unhappy that she was not being allowed to stay out late with friends.

Wardlow says information was developed that identified the two teenagers as suspects. She says the investigation is ongoing and declined further comment.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call the Oklahoma City Police Department homicide tip line at (405) 297-1200.
