All ice rinks open in Minneapolis for the first time this year
For the first time this winter, all outdoor ice rinks opened in Minneapolis this weekend. WCCO's Kirsten Mitchell checked out the conditions and found out how our upcoming warm streak may impact the already-short skating season.
