Time Wasted On Hold Adds Up To 624 Hours Annually, Survey Suggests
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Do you feel like you spend a lot of your time waiting for someone on the other end of the line? According to a new survey in the U.K., about two hours of the day is wasted being put on hold.
That adds up to 624 hours a year, or 26 days.
