West LA businesses, homeowners protest homeless housing development
Small business owners and homeowners in West Los Angeles are protesting the construction of a new housing development on Pico Boulevard for people who are struggling with homelessness. Saucy Bird, a restaurant along the same street, filed a restraining order Friday to block the construction.
