Topanga Canyon businesses struggle amid Palisades Fire, rebuilding and road improvements
Caltrans is working to repave Topanga Canyon Boulevard with daily road closures from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning July 21. Businesses along the boulevard are struggling to get back on their feet following the Palisades Fire, saying things have slowed by about 30%.
