Temecula family says off-duty ICE agent detained and held their teenage son at gunpoint

An off-duty public officer has been arrested after he allegedly pointed a gun at a teenager in Temecula before detaining him last week. An attorney for the family says that the officer is an ICE agent. Laurie Perez reports.
