Summit of Americas underway in Los Angeles, bringing heavy traffic along with world leaders

Kara Finnstrom reports on the Summit of Americas, held in Downtown Los Angeles over the next week. As world leaders file in, heavy traffic in the form of multiple road closures and other impacts is also expected to plague daily commuters.
