Striking hospital worker accused of scaring patients while wearing Halloween mask

Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank claims that one of the workers currently striking outside of the hospital frightened a patient on Thursday, wearing a Mike Myers mask and waving a bloody prop knife.
