San Bernardino County's Line Fire sees possible flare-up after reaching 83% containment
All mandatory evacuations were lifted in the Line Fire in San Bernardino County as it has reached 83% containment. But on Thursday, firefighters worked against a possible flare-up with some visible flames and smoke being seen. Still, fire officials have said it's just vegetation that's being burned off to get rid of dead fuel.
