Rose Parade floats get final touches ahead of New Year’s Day

Pasadena’s Tournament of Roses Parade is set to take place on New Year’s Day morning, rain or shine. Ged Kenslea with the Aids Healthcare Foundation said his crew is ready with raincoats.
