Riverside County deputies arrest kidnapping suspect after lengthy pursuit into Los Angeles County
A kidnapping suspect was arrested and two kids were pulled from the back of their vehicle following a pursuit from Moreno Valley to the San Gabriel Valley on Saturday night.
