President Trump signed an executive order targeting sanctuary cities, threatening to withhold federal funding for cities that do not comply with his immigration crackdown. Los Angeles City Councilmember Hugo Soto-Martinez, who helped author LA’s sanctuary ordinance, says they will fight back.
