Orange County family files claim against Fullerton after deadly police shooting

The family and friends of 19-year-old Pedro Garcia protested outside of Fullerton City Hall, claiming their loved one was unarmed when police shot and killed him. Investigators said they found a pellet gun on Garcia after the shooting. Michele Gile reports.
