New allegations against Eric Swalwell
Five women have accused Eric Swalwell of sexual misconduct or assault. Swalwell announced his resignation from Congress and that he was withdrawing from the California gubernatorial race after the allegations surfaced. Gov. Gavin Newsom has called for a special election to fill Swalwell’s seat.
